Shipping policy

Order Processing

Every order is hand-prepared with care in our studio. Standard orders are processed within 5–10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from the shipping timeframe.

During high-demand periods, viral launches or special promotions, processing may take a little longer.

Orders that include personalized add-ons — such as our Packing Video or other custom preparation — may require up to 30 business days before shipment, since each one is hand-prepared individually.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 10–21 business days, depending on your location and the performance of your local carrier.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections or seasonal volume.

Shipping Delays

In some cases, unexpected circumstances — carrier congestion, customs inspections or seasonal demand — may extend shipping times. We always make sure every order reaches its destination, and we appreciate your patience while it travels to you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at skupsy@skupsy.com and we'll assist you right away.
