How long it takes

Every order is made to arrive in 3 to 4 weeks.

Each jar is filled by hand, one at a time, and I take my time choosing the pieces that suit you. That is why it is not instant, and why no two jars come out the same.

Where I ship

Worldwide.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed. Once your jar is on its way, tracking follows in a second email.

If your address changes

Write to me at Sadie@sadiecharms.com as soon as you can and I will update it, as long as the jar has not left yet.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within the window above, write to me. I will look into it and sort it out.
