How do I know it will be my style?
You choose the size and the style before you order, and I never go outside it. Nothing goes into a jar that I would not wear myself. That is the whole filter.
How long until my jar arrives?
Every order is made to arrive in 3 to 4 weeks. I fill each jar by hand, one at a time, and I take my time choosing the pieces that suit you.
Why does it take that long?
Because nothing is sitting on a shelf with your name on it. Rushing it would mean you get whatever was nearest, and that is not what you came for.
Is it safe to order from me?
Yes. Payment runs through Shopify, so your card details never touch me. Every message you send lands with me and I answer it myself, not a help desk that takes four days.
What is inside the jewelry jar?
Real, wearable jewelry: rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets and charms. Some sweet and delicate, some bold enough to build a whole outfit around.
What is in the watch jar?
Vintage watches instead of jewelry. Tiny gold cases, fine mesh bracelets, soft straps, mother of pearl faces. Same jar, different treasure.
Are the jars all the same?
No. No two jars are ever alike. That is the whole point.
Do I get to see it before it ships?
No, and that is the best part. You set the direction, then you open it and find out.
Would it work as a gift?
It is one of the easiest gifts to get right, because she picks nothing and still gets something chosen. If you are buying for someone else, go with the size you would want to unwrap yourself.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Message me within 30 days and I fix it. A new one or your money back, your call. No forms, no printing labels.
Will I get tracking?
You get a confirmation email as soon as you order. Tracking follows in a second email once your jar is on its way.
Can I change my address?
Write to me as soon as you can and I will update it, as long as your jar has not left yet.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.
