Returns and refunds

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to me at Sadie@sadiecharms.com within 30 days of delivery and I will make it right. Send a photo with your message so I can see what happened.

Because every jar is filled by hand and no two are alike, I cannot accept returns simply because the pieces inside were not the ones you hoped for. That surprise is the whole point of the jar.

How a refund works

Once I approve the refund, the money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear, usually a few working days.

Cancelling an order

Write to me as soon as you can. If your jar has not been packed yet, I will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it is on its way I can no longer stop it, but the 30 days above still apply.
