Returns and Refunds

We want every Skupsy order to feel like a happy surprise. Since every Mystery Scoop contains randomly selected items, we do not accept returns or refunds when you simply change your mind.

If something arrives damaged, missing or not as described, contact us within 2 days at skupsy@skupsy.com with a photo. We will replace the item or provide a refund depending on the situation.

Refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few days to process and display the transaction.
